Sizing is just a wee tad small. I normally have size small and these are a little tight but not uncomfortable. Gell padding works well, just wonder how long it will last. shorts legs ride up but didn't cause any bother. Not sure if I would buy again. They certainly don't compare to my wifes POC liners. NZ
