good but the big clip on it is uncomfortable there for would I recommend this maybe perhaps not it would be much better without it clip and maybe just an elastic band fitted snugly around the waist what else can I say about this thing otherwise it's serves it's purpose it seems to be so unwell it's ok shipping was around 4 weeks before it's arrival in my country of New Zealand it is very small perfect for a very small human being or other species of alien life form thank you thank you to all my friends goodbye
